Though it is almost impossible to care about everything, we believe that everyone cares about something. Our goal is to expand the breadth and depth about what our youth care about. When everyone decides to realize that each “Individual” is a critical part of the whole, and more of us care enough to take on more responsibility, our community will be a better place to be in.
Navigating tensions and learning with
Leadership & Life
There are valuable parallels between leadership experiences and navigating life as an individual. We are navigating tensions with leaders to support learning and growth beyond the boundaries of training spaces. Translating learning into real life contextual application to enable leaders to continue navigating the tensions as the journey on.
Progressing towards that tipping point
20% Critical Mass
Critical mass is the point at which something (an idea, belief, behavior, etc.) is prevalent enough to grow. We are moving towards that critical mass with the belief that our work with Youth of Singapore is able to impact meaningful change and growth. We are focused on paving a way forward for the leaders coming after us in this lifetime. When enough leaders understand this, then comes real sustaining change for a better future for our Leaders, and for Singapore.
