Leadership Mastery

The way i lead myself is how I lead others.

The common conversation we hear from youths are, “I need to lead my team better!”. However, what we believe in is building the capacity in our youths to lead themselves first so that they can lead others better. This is where Personal Leadership and Team Leadership comes into play.

Note: We recognise that Student Leader functions may differ, therefore we are able to customise the leadership mastery to focus according to their specific roles eg. PSLs, CCA Leaders, OGLs, Prefects, and many more. 

Self-management & Well-Being

As humans, we sleep to engage our body’s recovery process, what do Leaders do to recover?

As we nurture our youth in terms of their character and leadership qualities, it is equally important to support and prepare them for life itself. This is where we leverage on concepts revolving around self-management and well-being where we can provide a platform for our youths to take care of themselves as well as ‘recovering’ from their leading.

We believe in the idea of co-creation and expanding the work that we do with the youths. As Educators and Teachers, having a longer duration of time interacting with students, we would be glad to assist in designing and creating experiences that will develop students and youths.

Art & Science of Facilitation

Facilitation is beyond just asking the right questions.

The idea of Facilitation is to make a process or experience easy. Therefore, this is were we breakdown nuances of Facilitation that range from asking questions, giving instructions, directing conversations, and many more. 

Note: We recognise that Student Leader functions may differ, therefore we are able to customise the concepts of Facilitation to focus according to their specific roles eg. PSLs, CCA Leaders, OGLs, Prefects, and many more. 

Service from the heart

The best way to find yourself is to place yourself in service of others. 

We support students and youths in exploring the idea of being in service to others. This goes beyond just completing a service learning journey but exploring the WHY we do be in service to others and shift existing assumptions so that we can empathise with beneficiaries that we cross paths with. The experiences and learning gained here will develop students and youths on a deeper level in the space of contribution.
